Course Requests for 2025 - 2026: The Course Request process has closed. Please use the process for Schedule Changes below--after your new schedule is released during the summer (July 3 for Continuing Students; August 1 for Incoming Frosh).

Schedule Changes:
DEADLINES: All Schedule Change Forms for changes to preferences in electives (includes Fine Arts, Psych, Econ, Sr. English, Sr. Religion, Sr. Govt) must be received by August 1, 2025. All changes for reasons other than elective preferences must be received with all required signatures by the Scheduling Office by 8:30 AM Friday, August 22, 2025.
STEPS FOR REQUESTING A SCHEDULE CHANGE:
- IMPORTANT: All Schedule Change Forms for changes to preferences in electives (includes Fine Arts, Psych, Econ, Sr. English, Sr. Religion, Sr. Govt) must be received by August 1, 2025. After August 1, we will continue to process requests for non-elective preferences only.

- GET FORM HERE: Schedule Change Form (Fill-In Using Adobe Acrobat or Notability and Submit Digitally)
- SUBMIT FORM DIGITALLY: (Via email) 1) Use Notability for student/parent signatures. 2) Before August 11 - Submit form via link below to Google Form called Schedule Change Submission. 3) Beginning August 11 - Email signed form to your Counselor - or to Department Chair if approval is required for AP/Honors or for Language/Math Placement Change. (Counselors and Department Chairs will not be available before August 11.)

- Beginning August 11 - EMAIL FORM TO COUNSELOR OR DEPT CHAIR: Beginning August 11, Email form to your Counselor - or to Department Chair if approval is required for AP/Honors or Placement.
