Volunteer Opportunities with the Fathers' Club

Volunteer opportunities are available with The Big Event Auction, Concessions and events such as the Concessions, Tailgate BBQ's, Crab Feed and all of our other functions. 

The Big Event - formally known as the Fathers' Club Auction
Join the Fathers’ Club, Ignatian Guild and SI community for the The BIG Event the weekend of March 7 & 8, 2026. Mark your calendar for SI's biggest event of the year! You won't want to miss it!!  To volunteer and learn more about the Big Event - Contact Bryan Spaulding '89.

Concessions 
Assist our infamous Concession Team by joining their crew at our award-winning concession stands. Grill burgers, serve food, and make friends! We run concessions for the Bruce Mahoney Game, all home football and basketball games, and other special functions and events throughout the year. You can volunteer for a whole season or just a few games. This is fun and easy. Contact Alex Parr.

Communications
We need dads to assist with mailings, emails and phone-a-thons to reach out to our current parents and alumni. This is a very simple commitment of your time. It takes only a couple of hours a few times a year and you will meet a great group of dads. This allows you flexibility as you can help out with all or just one event. Contact Arun Antonio.

Events
From the BBQ Tailgates to the Bruce Mahoney Football Game, Crab Feed, and all of our other functions, we need your help! Be a major player or assist when your schedule permits. It's up to you. Contact Stephen Wasserman '90 or Paul Manangan.
