Fairmont Field

St. Ignatius College Preparatory will be undertaking a demolition project at 290 Edgewood Drive in Pacifica. For this project, we will be removing the abandoned Fairmont Elementary School building as outlined in white in the diagram below. Prior to demolishing the building, we will be conducting asbestos abatement. We know that construction is never pleasant for neighbors, but we are committed to minimizing the impact on the Fairmont neighborhood.
We held a community Zoom meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, to discuss the timeline and the abatement and demolition processes. A question and answer session followed.
