乐队

爵士乐队
The 爵士乐队 is a performance ensemble in the tradition of vintage jazz orchestras and dance bands, focusing on music from the 1930’s through the present day. 我们涵盖了多种风格，包括摇摆，巴萨诺瓦，放克和摇滚融合。 乐器由萨克斯管、小号、长号和节奏部分组成。 我们每年有两个主要的演出，冬季和春季流行音乐会，以及偶尔的旅行和评审节日。

Pep乐队
The Pep乐队’s job is to bring energy and excitement! Whether it’s a home game or a pep rally, we play the best tunes and most recognizable jams to get people pumped up about SI. 以大量的风，铜管和鼓为特色，Pep乐队与Wildcat Nation， 跳舞 & Drill以及整个学生部门密切合作，使每场比赛和聚会尽可能地炒作！

I graduated 以优等成绩毕业者 from Cornish College of the 艺术 with a bachelorʼs degree in Music. I have performed with world-renowned musicians such as the Temptations, The Four Tops, and Tito Puente, Jr, toured nationally and internationally, been featured on many studio recordings and major-market commercial advertisements, and played in pit orchestras, cruise ships, circus shows, and bands of just about every style. I have 18 years of experience teaching saxophone, clarinet, and flute lessons to aspiring musicians of all ages and levels, and six years directing bands in K-12 public and private schools. I strive to share my own passion for music with students, to teach them to listen with open ears and minds, and to instill in them a curiosity for music that will last a lifetime.
My parents give me endless encouragement, support, and inspiration, and I owe them each my deepest love and gratitude. I was also incredibly fortunate to study with the great jazz saxophonist Hadley Caliman, whose influence has shaped my life in music.
