In July 2011 Dr. Clements arranged the first-ever "SI-Kenya Music Exchange", taking seven students from the 管弦乐队 and Jazz 乐队 to Kenya to perform with the Kenya Conservatoire of Music 管弦乐队 and the Mount Kenya Academy 管弦乐队.
